Speaking during a discussion at an economic forum in Poland, Ryszard Terlecki said that the party wants to remain in the EU and have a cooperative relationship, but that the EU 'should be acceptable to us.'

His comments came after the European Commission said on Tuesday that it had asked the EU's court of justice to impose daily fines on Poland over its rule of law, and a controversial chamber of the Polish Supreme Court that disciplines judges and prosecutors.
The EU's justice commissioner has also suggested withholding the country's Covid-19 recovery funds until it brings in the judicial reform and removes the chamber.

Reports from the Belarusian-Lithuanian economic war continue to arrive. In addition to the aforementioned news about the imminent changes in the logistics of export of potash fertilizers, it became known this week that Lithuanian carriers turned to their government for help , since from August 30, their trucks will need to install navigation seals to enter Belarus. Tellingly, Minsk did not apply this rule to Poland and Latvia: only Lithuanians will suffer.
Just one more reason to cut all economic ties with that shithole.

France black balled from the game
Poland planned to buy submarines from France a few years go, but the present national socialist governement has some political problems with France, so it's not something viable.
Apart from that, a few years ago, Macron visited Poland and suggested that Poland and France should have formed an alliance to curb the exessive German influence in the EU. The national socialists did not like that idea, so he was not very pleased.

They did much for Poland in the previous century. They provided us with a shitload of equipment and ammunition to win the war against the Soviet Russia, formed the first Polish tank unit, and delivered officers to command some Polish units.
Your view may be different, asy you are not Polish. As we say: "your point of view depends on your sitting place".
