  Ron Volstad art, depicts two U.S. Army soldiers of the 7th Infantry Division (Note: rag top helmet covers, which was distinctive of the 7th) in Panama during Operation Just Cause, 1989-1990.
  *They wear ALICE web gear and the M-69 "flak vest" which was still in circulation then.
