Nigeria didn't know the lesson of Iraq's BTR-4 is very bad quality,and Thai's BTR-3 and T_80 are very lately transferred from Ukraine!
Consequences,Iraq send all bad quality BTR-4 back to Ukraine and cancel all deal,Thai deal new Norinco VT-4 and VN-1!

Friend @ao_sepia, that speaks highly of those gunsmiths, keeping those relics still operational is a true technical feat; Regarding why they are not equipped with newer weapons, I lean towards a lack of resources for their acquisition / maintenance
