Question? Armstrong Barracks, Southern Germany

I visited a US Air Defense (notice the American way of Defence!!) Bn. in Armstrong Barracks with some of the lads from 12 Bty. in 89, had a good laugh over the weekend and I think they in turn visited Dortmund in the past?

Any US 'squaddies' serving there have anymore info and which AD Bn. was there at the time, I'm not too sure if they were part of Elvis' 'Spearhead' Div.?
