That's a BUK M1-2 (БУК М1-2 (9К37М1-2)) or SA-17 Grizzly self-propelled AA, Bigbird. And I'll post more arty pictures for you later, Bombardier.

I think the only place would be an image hosting site like photobucket.
The problem with high res images is that they use up valuable bandwidth and as we are only using the images for informational or discussion purposes we limit the size.
You could see about free web space (although that is usually limited) you could then upload them there and post a link to the high res version)
