The Russian Security Forces standard sidearm was/is the Makarov handgun, but the some members of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Penitentiary Service, Federal Post Service and Ministry of Agriculture use the RSL-1 revolver.

Under Alexander Terentyevich Altunin, every citizen of the USSR was trained in Civil Defense from the second grade. This was a great man, this was a great system. The civil defense of the USSR was one of the best in the world. But after 1991 we never returned to its power.

It was created after 1964 and is probably the last representative of such a photomontage technique. Very unusual posters. Compared to old posters, they look cheap, vulgar and ugly.

In the USSR, from the age of 16, every guy went through military training - the guys were taken to training grounds, where they studied the basics of military science, got acquainted with military equipment and fired from various weapons - pistols, machine guns and grenade launchers. In the USSR, military service was very honorable for every citizen.
