Thanks to our illustrious member @diman I am now aware of an article that has been published in a Russian Military journal for 2017. (see pic)

Diman tells me that the Journal is circulated free of charge at the federal level - 40,000 are received by the Ministry of Defense, 12,000 are sent to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Security Service and the National Guard; part of the circulation is sent to the Presidential Administration, the Federation Council and the State Duma.

I really appreciate this information @diman and well done to all our members, it is after all your contributions that have created this success story.

Who knows.... the main man in Russia may even know about us now
