Hello, Regarding 54 Squadron, I am desperately looking for some photos of crewmen, planes (Sopwith Camel's) and airfields (Clairmarais North aerodrome - 54 moved there from Conteville on 7 April, and stayed until 29 April, when it moved to Caffiers) .
Also, my Grandfather RTT Waring crashed Sopwith Camel B7407 on 22 April 1918 upon landing. He was unhurt and after repair the Camel went to the 17th US Aero Squadron. Does anyone have any information about RTT Waring's service in 1917/18 and this incident in particular OR any photos with Camel B7407 in view??
many thanks to all for help, Tom
