Ka52 flying with its tail off.

Not entirely sure what the chain of events was.

The video shows the Ka52, with its landing gears down, jettisoning its external fuel tanks and, at the same time, appearing to have part of its tail falling apart.
It could suggest it got hit and lightly damaged by some AD before the video started, the crew followed emergency-landing procedure and part of tail fell in the process.
