The strike was presumably carried out by 300 mm 9M549 rockets with a cluster warhead. The 9K515 Tornado-S MLRS was used by servicemen of the Russian 79th Guards Rocket Artillery Brigade of the Zapad group.

Exactly. The Putin economy literally implodes without oil. I certainly hope all the "allies" are on the same page regarding where their oil comes from. India, China and Brazil make up 80% of Russian crude sales. But Europe needs to be better about which refined energy they buy. Otherwise, what's the point?
