A few years ago China just managed to produce pen ballpoints.
They have some tooling because dumb Germany fed them with the respective know how.
But I think they are not there yet some jewels were hidden from them.
Their tolerances are not on par with Western productions. So their lifetime is much shorter.
Best machinery is still Western and above what China can offer.
DMG Mori machines for example also have far greater production capabilities due to smart technologies eliminating time consuming setup procedures when changing production runs.
The SU greatly relied on human specialists due to the lack of CNC machines.
Also military appliances apart from AI and the real modern stuff work with comparably old chipsets.

Its not a simple old school bearing as well. They are called tapered roller bearings (TBU). They last 3 times longer.
I don't know about a dedicated Chinese producer either.
Only western producers.
I know that special parts for Chinas high speed rail were still delivered from the EU (Siemens) to them. As their first trains were copies thereof. And all others followed on these designs.
