In the current situation on the Belarusian-Polish border, building a fence is a necessity. The Border Guard alone is not enough, and the continued use of the army for this purpose does not make sense in the long run.
For this reason, barriers must arise - on the Polish border constituting the external border of the EU (with Belarus, Russia, Ukraine - by the way, I would like to add that I was on the border with Ukraine for the last week and nothing extraordinary happened there).
The estimated cost of building the planned barrier is PLN 1 615 million, of which PLN 1 500 million is the cost of building a physical barrier, and PLN 115 million of technical devices.

All green? Where is the camo?
It will probably be painted in the unit, in a logistic company or will be painted by employees of HSW (manufacturer). On the training ground, training courses were held under the supervision of the manufacturer's representative.

Live fire exercise with combat ammunition was the last stage of the training, which was to prepare the 14th Self-Propelled Artillery Squadron (from 21st Podhale Rifles Brigade) for the adoption of the 155 mm Self-Proppeled Howitzers "Krab". The certification was successful and the soldiers from the 14th Squadron will receive these Polish howitzers in December (after additional service work by the manufacturer's employees - including camouflage painting). The 14th Squadron will be the fourth unit of the Polish Army to be equipped with SPH "Krab".
