Yes, you're right. Russian technology is simple but reliable and unfortunately underestimated (in my opinion wrongly). In turn, the NATO equipment is comfortable and refined. The Russians are also currently using similar solutions. A similar mix of technologies like Poland now applies to Finland - only Finns are better off than we are able to use their resources, unfortunately.
