Before Marines can do what the photos above picture..they have to complete Boot Camp....here's the start;



Drill instructors with Receiving Company, Support Battalion, welcome new recruits with Kilo Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, to recruit training during receiving at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 18. Once the recruits stepped off the bus, they immediately began the transformation from civilian to Marine. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Kilo Company is scheduled to graduate June 14.



New recruits with Kilo Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, are given a Uniform Code of Military Justice brief at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 18. At this point, the recruits are informed of the articles of the UCMJ that apply to them while they are in recruit training.
