Webex calls are encrypted, but can be recorded. Which is more likely:

1: Russia compromised Webex;
2: Someone recorded the call and leaked it

There have been murmurs of Russia decrypting various forms of communication throughout the war, but in each instance there is always a much more likely explanation in the form of it being a compromised person rather than the encryption.
