it is crazy, seems like every where is getting "once in a life time" flooding at the moment, we've had 2 "1 in 200year" storms hit the South Island of New Zealand in the last 6 months.
We had our usual: first big dry when towns started to run out of water, then big fires when some people died and big wet just few centimeters short of 100 year record but thankfully without fatalities this year. Also mice plague and shortage of butt wipe paper of biblical proportion. They don't call us the lucky country for nothing.
