If you mean those rail launchers then yes. These projects are typically planned when budget gets exhausted on big stuff.

Indian Coast Guard deployed its ships & Aircraft for safety and security of pilgrims set off to Katchatheevu island from India to take part in the annual two-day festival at St. Antony’s Church. 2,193 pilgrims from various districts of Tamilnadu are visiting this year.

Maiden landing of helicopters by night onboard INS Vikrant was achieved on 28 Mar 23 by Kamov 31 helicopter Team of Pilots & Air Tech Officer from INAS 339 led by Test Pilot of Naval Flight Test Sqn ex goa undertook trials successfully thereby proving night ops from R11 Vikrant.
