A thread devolved to the Abkhaz military forces, a small country independent of Georgia, and recognized by only a few other countries.
I'll start with the Abkhazian Air Force. Some Mi-8s are in service, and at least one Mi-24.

Which variant is it ?

Abkhazia is not a "country". It is a separatist state.
Abkhazia is a recognized country for some and an independentist state for others.
There's no point in discussing it in this thread.
It's politics and has no place in this photo thread.

You are both correct. Abkhazia is not recognised by most countries of the UN as a sovereign nation.

Having a photo thread for the armed forces doesn't give this sites support or otherwise of its existence. That is a subject for a discussion thread but not in a photo thread

Thanks lads, BZ(Y)

Today in Abkhazia, a military parade, the "Immortal Regiment" march, and the laying of wreaths marked the 30th anniversary of the conclusion of the Georgian-Abkhaz war. In Abkhazia, this date is commemorated as "the Day of Victory in the Patriotic War of 1992-1993"

Many thanks @Killhood93 for these great photos !!! (Y)
It's very interesting to see that L-39s are now back airworthy.
I think Sukhumi airport has been repaired ?
It was in a sad state some years ago.
