Question? Where can we see airspace information

Hi, everyone!

My question is, where could I see international airspace information, for example, where has there been airspace restrictions, and when? Or is my only option to learn read NOTAMS from ICAO? I couldn't find airspace information on a quick glance from flightradar, for example.
