ive noted that it is illegal in georgia to vote in a county that you you do not reside in unless you have moved residence in the last 30 days. this may effect both Trump and Biden voters

All legal votes should counted, all illegal votes should not be counted. In the case of Georgia, it is estimated that 800,000 to 1 million votes may have been fraudulent. But it will only take these 20-30K votes to decertify the election.

Err . . . no! . . . . that appears to be what has caused the latest fvck up in the last Presidential election, some states seem to have run their election by adding fake/fraudulent voted by the thousands.

I understand your sentiment, however there's a fly in that ointment. The latest attempt at running the elections more or less at the national level is HR1, the "For the People Act". It is attempting to actually codify into national law several of the less desirable state practices that resulted in much of the apparent fraud, including same day voter registration, expansion of voting by mail, and automatic voter registration. At the same time, they have vague wording about criminal penalties about voter repression with a lot of room for creative interpretation by my reading of it. Of course, they don't have provisions for requiring voter ID, probably the most important aspect of actually securing an election.

Or perhaps by the millions.

It's a State's Rights thing.The US Constitution gives the power to the states. Can you imagine if the current woke Marxists running the federal government were to take permanent control of the election process? The Founders were some smart guys.

The State Legislatures, Governors and Secretary of States are under pressure from the voters to clean up their acts. Many of these corrupt politicians know that their political careers are on the line now. Many of them know they are over.
 
Why would the Dem governor of PA "order" counties NOT to comply with a forensic election audit? Hmmm. I think you are a bridge or two too far governor and are violating the US Constitution. I hope your political career is over at the very least. But I'm a fan of prison time for you and yours.

As said on FB, I wonder if these dems will play the "politicians in exile" card and thus stay in DC.

Which would make the whole "make DC a state" case interesting since it is expected to turn into a blue state. So far DC is "neutral", but if it becomes "non neutral" then the Dems could be blamed (or Texas and Abbott).

Or, these Dems will realize that the juvenile antics they normally pull, won't fly in Texas while Abbott is governor.
