Given how Iran and the Houthis operate, they're likely considering a more strategically significant target than just an Israeli airport. A conflict with the Houthis would pose a serious challenge for Israel — it's like trying to root out a hidden cockroach force entrenched in mountainous terrain, armed with few hundered missiles. Even if they launch just one missile per week, it could keep the region in a constant state of tension. It's hard to see how this situation could be resolved.

Not really, I fear.
Unless we are talking about an "absolute" strike that would hit each and every single Iranian military asset susceptible of being a threat. Which would require a ludicrous amount of resources and logistical preparation, alone.
Additionally, making sure none of these military assets can be rebuilt is virtually impossible.
To de-fang Iran you can't rely only on military intervention, you would also need to go through a regime change.
