Warfare HAMAS attack on Israel, Oct 2023 & Iran’s Proxies.

The GBU-57 needs to be dropped over the target like a traditional bomb. It can only correct trajectory, not glide.

I've read that B-2s have been dropping them on underground structures in Jemen as a warning to Iran, but sources are limited.

JASSM-ER nor any other air-launched missile has the penetrating capability or the payload to destroy facilities dug in mountains. Only the GBU-57 does.
40,000 feet, 500mph drop would give you some significant distance, so the B2 wouldn't need to overfly.

#Iran A huge fire broke out as a result of a "mysterious" explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran. It is said that the force of the explosion was so great that it shook the ground and its sound was heard in all nearby cities.
Those nasty smoking accidents are at it again ...

Looks like the origin of the fire.

Hmmm. Something seems off re: ship maneuvering. Were there no counter measures engaged? What about actions of nearby fleet support ships?

What really baffles me is how the Iranians came to suspect that these pagers contained small explosives. These devices had been in the hands of Hezbollah for months—so how did they suddenly become suspicious just days or even hours before they were detonated? It seems likely that the Israelis have a high-level mole leaking information to the Russians and Chinese, and the fascists have been passing it along to Iran and Hezbollah.

Translation : So what exactly did the Iranians want to transfer to Hezbollah? A sufficiently sensitive scanner capable of detecting a tiny amount of explosives and micro-components. Technically, every airport has similar devices but with a sensitivity adjusted to the level of risk. It is likely that upon entering the White House, journalists were required to undergo a similar inspection.

Translation : Breaking; What did Netanyahu actually reveal? The pager operation depended, in our assessment, on the assassination of an Iranian figure who landed in Damascus and stayed in the village of Susa, a place where headquarters are hosted, where he was assassinated hours before the pager operation was launched. His assassination actually enabled the operation that came hours later, given the possibility that the organization would disable the devices.
