@Conhoon: In related matters: Do women get to wear the czapka at all, or is this side cap the only formal headwear for them?

Only a side cap for the ceremonial uniform for women - soldiers of land forces. Just like in the picture. Or beret in Special Forces.

For a service and field uniform, there may be a beret, winter cap or hat.

PENSACOLA, Fla. These Sailors are just some of the many thousands training and preparing to defend America around the world as information warfare warfighters. IWTC Corry Station is a part of the Center for Information Warfare Training, and with four schoolhouse commands, two detachments, and training sites throughout the United States and Japan, CIWT is recognized as Naval Education and Training Command's top learning center for the past three years. Training over 20,000 students every year, CIWT delivers trained information warfare professionals to the Navy and joint services.
