well they are catching up , china radar tech are now above Russian , only behind you guy , btw ironic aint it , a lot of the tech china get was from western country ( include America ) from the 79 up to 2000s which made them leaf fog ahead in tech , they brigade concept are built base on American and which help of America when the relation was good back in the day . not all are copy some are from cooperate with help from western country , btw do American still consider Pakistan at a allied ?
