I think he means its not worthless, to lose tanks trucks etc. I'm not sure I agree, and I certainly wouldnt want to go to war, just to test some kit, and the Ruski's dont have lots of new kit, the tigr is about the only new one, and its a light armoured truck.

Hackers do a great job. A woman living in Russia used to believe that Ukrainians are Nazis and the war was the right thing to wage against them. As Hiryu 2.0 already pointed out, at the same time Hungarian air force aircraft of the NATO Heavy Air Regiment are hauling the military donations to Ukraine to a safe airport near their final destination.
