I can't recall what model tank is in the 1st pic. It was on static display near Phu Bai, RVN. As well as I could ever learn, it was a French tank inherited by the Viet Minh who parked it out of the way when spares were no longer available. I climbed inside for a look & the build plate read, Chrysler Tank Works, Detriot, Mich. 1953.
Not much room in there!
Nearby was a Russian "Stalinets" bulldozer, but the pic for that has gotten away from me over the years.
Second pic is from the Nebr National Guard armor training center where we rappelled from a tall water tower. The shop foreman let me climb inside the M60 & it was a lot roomier than I thought it would be. Asked if I could take it for a short drive, but no dice that way. Probably just as well. SW
