I just bought a few kits, and this one called to me for assembly first. Tamiya kit that fit together very well and no pound of photo etch parts to get bent or lost. (mostly lost) It's 95% done at this point - I still need to fine tune weathering, but overall I've done a lot worse. Please jump in with tips! I'm in a learning mode with models.
I weathered the undercarriage first - rusted up the exhaust system & so forth.
The kit had masks for painting around windows which I thought was a great feature. Primed and masked off for DAK mustard yellow here.
The rest show weathering and chipping. I used two coats of cheap hair spray but it didn't chip like I hoped. After dinner, I'll see about correcting some weathering issues. Overall, I recommend this kit.
