The Canadian Lancaster Bomber landed in England this afternoon.
It was hoped that there would be a flypast of both bombers over the city of Lincoln, but due to there being a heavy thunderstorm over RAF Coningsby; the ‘Pride of Lincoln’ was not allowed to take off.
However it was still nice to see the Canadian one fly over the city.

The people of Lincolnshire were today given the wonderful view of two Lancaster Bombers flying over the county. The two planes, the UK Pride of Lincoln and the Canadian Vera were also escorted by a Spitfire and Hurricane.
