The preparations for the MH KFOR Contingent's 18th substitution are already in the top straight. The contingent is planned to be installed in the first quarter of the Balkan theater.

Nearly eighty people participated in the first half of January in the MH 1st Honvéd Firefighter and Military Hadrianship Driving Course in Erdőkertesen. Training under harsh weather conditions - in addition to the training of drivers - provided a good opportunity for safe car handling for a number of different types of equipment.

Hungarian don't like digital uniform?
Hungarian used multicam unifrom,multicam uniform is Nato uniform,used by US,English,Ukrainian,etc,multicam unifrom is the great!

What is the role of the uniform? It has to camouflage but also to be an element of quick identification. And maybe that is why so many NATO countries choose multicam and its variants?

I have to say that among post-Warsaw block countries now in NATO, Hungarians look the worst. Heck, if the pics weren't labelled, I could have easily confused them with some cash strapped forces from the former Soviet Union. Even Ukrainian look more presentable now.

I need to defend our "nephews" a bit. (From the old proverb "Pole, Hungarian - two nephews, and to the saber and to the glass")
Hungary has made a lot of changes for the better, although it may not have looked the first (although this is slowly changing). They begin to introduce new uniforms and personal equipment and their appearance begins to improve. But this is not the most important thing - they deal with air defense quite well and only their armored troops require urgent modernization.

On 22 April 2018, the opening ceremony of the Danube Passenger Cruise took place, which began, inter alia, with the port of Újpest Honvéd Hadihajó Fleet.
