I keep reading opinions from the local experts, that Israel defense industry poses a serious threat to the French one. Except for Rafale sales, which does very good in the international market, French industry apparently took pretty big losses during the last couple of years - in part due to customers rushing to the Israeli battle-proven products.
I mean, I can understand why French would be concerned about the competition, but the silly underhanded shenanigans like this seems to be counter-productive, to say the least...
