The next phase of joint training between the groups of the Georgian Special Operations Command's ranger unit and the Polish Special Operations Command has been successfully completed. The units carried out a joint demonstration exercise - a raid operation in Mukhrovani. The Georgian-Polish Multinational Special Operations Land Task Group received a positive evaluation at the tactical level (GEO-POL MNSOLTG) and moved to the next level of preparation for certification in the NATO Rapid Reaction Force (NRF) 2024 rotation.
The commander of special operations, Colonel Teimuraz Klateishvili, attended the joint training of Georgian-Polish special operations units. He congratulated the personnel on the successful passing of the assessment at the tactical level for certification in the NATO response forces and wished them success in their professional activities. At the Mukhrovani base, the guests also visited the equipment and equipment exhibition.
One company of the Georgian Special Operations Command's ranger battalion has already been trained and certified for inclusion in the NATO Response Force (NRF). Currently, the second group of ground assignments of the Ranger Battalion of the Special Operations Command of Georgia is passing the relevant stages for certification.
