I thought this was called Bereyozka (i.e. birch tree) during the Soviet days. Anyway, still popular with the troops on the both side of the Russian - Ukrainian conflict.

The DFG 41st Battalion carried out complex company and battalion level assault, penetration and fortification maneuvers under supervision of
US 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment "Black Knights" who took part in the instruction within GDRP framework.

Germany is currently the 2nd largest troop contributor in Afghanistan.
Those are Dingos of the Bundeswehr continget deployed there as part of Resolute Support, and the Georgians work with them.
You literaly see German personnel on one of the photos ....
