That is actually the former Enterprise CVN-65 awaiting scrapping.
 
The 32,000-ton Clemenceau class carrier NAe Sao Paolo (A12) alongside the 19,000-ton Colossus class carrier NAeL Minas Gerais (A11) circa 2001. Ex-Foch and Vengeance, respectively. At the time of the photo, the combined service time was 94 years!
