TurAF A400M Atlas providing transportation service for the Turkish civil defense responders towards Albania as a result of the earthquake and evacuation of Turkish citizens from the country who were affected for the return.
First T-70 Blackhawk helicopter rolled out from the Turkish Aviation Industries production line. T-70 is the Turkish variant of the UH-60M Blackhawk with Turkish components including avionics. As a part of the project total production of 109 T-70 Blackhawk helicopters is planned for the Turkish security units and department of forestry with +109 more option.

If I remember correctly the original deal was signed for 236 choppers and possible sales to third countries were included with the FMS approval. So on the paper it could be sell to another country unless Turkish military would not need an extra batch apart of their original order.
