Well, Lt and second in command of a brigade. Field promotions are going fast. Here the Lt gets a platoon and the advice to listen carefully to the platoon senior NCO for the first couple of weeks/months

Georgian fighter with Azov and captured Russian tanker.
At least one Georgian officer, colonel Bakhva Chikobava who was advisor to Azov, fought & died in Mariupol. He served there since 2014 and was allegedly one of the people who came up with the defence plan.
