Ex Sea Explorer, a combined helicopter assault on a small sugar cane mill/port near the training area. You'll see what looks like Royal Marines holding F88/90 (they are). 2RAR and Royal Marines working together

I'm still seeing pics of 70 man Rifle Companies, fitted for but not with 3 rifle platoons. Fitted for, but not with 4 Rifle Companies etc...

During Exercise Diamond Walk, 7 Combat Service Support Battalion made sure tanks for 2/14 Light Horse Regiment were always full thanks to the new refuelling vehicle; the HX 77 fuel tanker.

We were looking at that pic, or another one in the same series and were wondering who lent the sniper a helmet and who showed him how to put it on?

July 6, 2021. Exercise Gauntlet Strike was the culminating activity of the armour Regimental Officer Basic Course in tanks, cavalry, artillery, engineers and the Mechanised Regimental Officer Course for infantry officers.
According to Colonel David McCammon, Commandant of the Combined Arms Training Centre at Puckapunyal, the courses qualified Army’s latest cohort of combat arms lieutenants to confidently command their soldiers.

Given its a sniper he probably stole it not having a clue what it was but decided he needed it anyway. I am guessing the Bn Padre would have been who got him to wear it correctly after watching him walk around with it on backwards and taking pity on him.We were looking at that pic, or another one in the same series and were wondering who lent the sniper a helmet and who showed him how to put it on?
