Withdrawn from active use in the 04/87 when its RAAF-determined airframe lifetime had run out.
It was then used as a training aid at Amberley.
Wore camouflaged 77 squadron scheme
During the late 90's restoration on the aircraft began.
At Amberley 09/01, it was in 76 Sqn markings outside the restoration hanger in an overall aluminum color and red scallops on the intakes similar to the scheme the first aircraft wore when in service.

On 10 April 2021, the Royal Australian Navy welcomed into service HMAS Supply (II), the first of two new Supply Class Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment (AOR) ships. Supply and her sister ship NUSHIP Stalwart are part of the largest regeneration of the Royal Australian Navy since World War II.
