The facilities are said to be 80-100m down inside the mountain. It's projected that several consecutive GBU-57s will be needed to crack that. Using Taurus would present the same problem as Israel's own heaviest 2,000 lb bunker busters; loads upon loads would be needed to hypothetically chip away the mountain. And Iran has several facilities in various areas.It can. It's a kinetic penetrator aswell.
Can do a few tricks.
But besides that two Taurus one after the other hitting the same spot?
The problem is the delivery vehicle for the GBU57.
Whereas Taurus can be slung under Israeli aircraft.
The GBU-57 was specifically designed for this exact scenario.
