A photo that deserves its own post. There has been a major industrial accident in the occupied Crimea in the city of Armyansk close to the current demarcation line. There are several versions of events going around, but the acid storage tanks at a major titanium manufacturing plant sprung a leak. Ukrainian authorities ordered all female servicewomen out of the area and began distribution of protective gear to its border guards. This is what happened when acid vapors came into contact with a service weapon of one of the Ukrainian soldiers in the area.
