I think I named it "MACV-SOG, SEALS, LRRP, GREEN BERETS, RANGERS AND SASR IN VIETNAM" or something close to that.

The grenades with the red stripe seem to be M7 RIOT CS Grenades and the two cans in the last photo could be containers for them, too. So I guess it was a protection against their own CS gas.

Terry O'Farrell, he's a 24 year old Sergeant SASR patrol commander on his second tour in this pic, your average SASR new trooper is older than that these days. He went on to be the unit RSM, before becoming an Officer (where I served with him at his first RAR posting in 8/9RAR) and finishing up as 2IC of the Regiment in 2004.

Operation Idaho Canyon. We captured three NVA. This one was critically wounded, he died after being med-evac to 3rd med. It showed that we did our best to save him. He was between the age 14-16
