Zlin Z-37A cropdusters. Obviously a Slovakian flag on the tail but the "OM" in the registrations is the prefix for aircraft on the Slovakian civil aircraft register so not military but possibly government operated?

Yugoslav Air Force, I think . Pretty sure it's this one - https://www.airliners.net/photo/Yugoslavia-Air-Force/Douglas-C-47B-Skytrain-DC-3/4373413 - click on the hi-res photo and it's got bullet holes in it.
Apparently it started life off as 44-76592 and then becameKN453, so was presumably once USAF before being transferred over to the RAF, and then onto Yugoslavia.
