A fighter pilot died when he used his ejector seat while a plane was upside down sending him into the ground, an inquest heard.
Lt Cdr Martin "Jack" London's Harrier suffered engine failure shortly after take-off from RAF Wittering near Stamford, Lincolnshire, in 2002.
His colleague Lt Nathan Gray had ejected safely from the plane.
