Do you think it would be a good idea for israel to visit the khmeimim air base with a few air-to-surface missiles? Actively participating = troops engaged in combat operations.

Regarding Shoigu's trip to Teheran.
Some people are trying to present this as unlimited support from Russia to Iran... but I don't think so. RF support to the mullahs has limits , as recent events have shown. When Russia hinted at the possibility of supplying Houti terrorists - Iran's main proxy, and an enemy of KSA - with advanced weaponry, Moscow quickly backtracked when Ryad put a veto on this idea. Which means that, IMO, RF will not want to jeopardize relations with KSA for the sake of Teheran. Shoigu's trip was just a show, to give the mullahs some credence and develop western uncertainty as to their capabilities. In the end, if they strike, they'll painfully find that everyone else will leave them alone to face consequences. That red rag of vengeance has a good chance of being reduced to tatters before Teheran can muster enough cojones to walk the walk.

Pretty paint job, probably footage taken years ago when they purchased the plane. Just another death trap for the pilot, this plane would be hard pressed to make it to the firing point in Iranian airspace before being destroyed midair. They surely aren't stupid enough to fly into Israeli air space. The pilots are totally blind from the back of their heads to the big bang getting ready to happen. I wonder just how many Israeli spotters there are out there in the mountains and desert keeping tabs on what is being put airborne.
