Voting for Sanders would be effectively saying you want to be like the EU. But Britain just went through that correction. Sanders voters are not attentive types.

There is nothing quite so bold as Communists claiming credit for literacy on the island that already had the highest literacy rates in Central America and the most teachers per head of population. For claiming credit for health care on the island that already had the most doctors per head of population in the same area. For claiming to be "for the workers" on the island that had the strongest unions. And so forth.

Being able to read isn't that good when the "approved reading list" can be read in a week.
