Britain has committed 1,400 more troops to Afghanistan to fight the Taliban -
as ministers admitted the Army is now at breaking point.

It came as senior defence sources revealed that Britain will also have to send
another two battalions later this year - raising the size of the Afghan force to
more than 9,000.

It is being said the US Military is at it's breaking point too. I doubt that,
but if they keep saying it, soon a lot of people will be running around saying it.
It is hard to imagine, the UK to have been become that weak of a military force, same with the US.

During the Viet-Nam war, the US had over 500,000 Troops in RVN,
caualties in 68/69 were over 15,000 KIA in one year.

The biggest problem to the US military, were all the cuts done to it, during the
Clinton administration. It takes time in years to develop specialty units, such as Special Forces.

We need a Old Sgt, Major walking the line, saying, "steady Boys, Steady.".
Boastering moral, the media is running around like chicken little, "the Sky is falling........... RUN!"
