How long it will take before this picture start making rounds around the web with some sort of "American soldiers being trained to kill Muslim children" caption..? I'm not sure what department in US military is responsible for the PR, but they have to be really really careful with images like that.

2nd CAV. 03JUN20 Today, Maj. Chris Danby, was inducted into the Order of Saint Maurice, one of the highest awards for an infantryman in the British Army. Maj. Danby served as the regimental plans officer from May 2018 to June 2020 and comes from the First Fusiliers.
