Three Sikorsky SH-3A Sea King from Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 6 (HS-6) "Indians", flying over the aircraft carrier USS Kearsarge (CVS-33).

HS-6 was assigned to Carrier Anti-submarine Air Group 53 (CVSG-53) aboard Kearsarge. The picture was taken after the 1962 FRAM-modernisation, but the carrier still carries the SPS-8A radar.

Also, the Sea Kings are not yet painted in the grey/white scheme, therefore the date is therefore probably 1962–1964

In my day serving with the USN many ships had nicknames & slogans. When I served Carl Vinson was known as "The Chuckie V". Nowadays she is known as "The SEVENTY"

USS Constellation (CV-64)

The USS Constellation (CV-64) was a Kitty Hawk-class aircraft carrier of the United States Navy, the third ship to bear that name in honor of the "new constellation of stars" on the United States flag. She was one of the fastest ships in the Navy, as evidenced by her victory in a battle race held in 1985, she was nicknamed "Connie" by her crew and officially as "America's flagship". The contract for the construction of the Constellation was awarded to the New York Naval Shipyard in Brooklyn, on July 1, 1956, her keel was laid on September 14, 1957. She was launched on October 8, 1960, sponsored by Mary Herter (wife of Secretary of State Christian Herter). The Constellation was delivered to the Navy on October 1, 1961, and assigned on October 27 of the same year, with Captain Thomas J. Walker in command.3 At that time, its construction cost was around 264.5 million dollars. The Constellation was the last American aircraft carrier to be built in a shipyard other than Newport News Shipbuilding.

so it's a photomontage ???
It's just a photo-shopped photo. The person that made that is Jeff Head. That "photo" is over 10 years old. He was one of the mods at sinodefenceforum. However ill health has taken a toll on him. If I could find the orginal post of that photo I will post a link to it.
