It's the platform for Phalanx CIWS not VLS. For TCG Anadolu It's gonna be 2x Phalanx CIWS system for the ship's self defense and nothing more.
It's actually one of the earliest photos of her taken from the sea trials in 2011. Note the Sea Sentor torpedo defense system, Harpoon anti-ship missile launchers and also Thales LIROD / Sting EO & radar target designation sensors on the bridge are not mounted yet and even the helipad is not painted.
I do not know where you get that highly inaccurate stuff but it's clear that some noob who does not know anything he is sharing is pumping these somewhere in internet. I would not trust any of them if I was you.

New toys for the Turkish Navy including 2 pcs of DESAN emergency response diving boat, 8 pcs of Yonca & Onuk MRTP-12 fast patrol boat for harbor security and 2 pcs of Yonca & Onuk MRTP-24U special operations fast attack boat in addition to 6 pcs of MRTP-22 SAT special operations boats they already have.

The AME is the Armoured Medical Evacuation vehicle configuration of the PARS III 8x8 FoV`. The vehicle is highly maneuverable and designed primarily for casualty evacuation from forward battle areas. It has a capacity of carrying a driver, a commander, and 2 medics with either 2 patients on stretchers and 4 seated patients or just 8 seated patients.
