Son of John Frazer, (Merchant Navy, Master of S.S. Cadillac, died on active service 1 March 1941) and Margaret Ann Valentine Jefferson of Holywood. Grandson of Mrs F.J. Cowan of Holywood. Died as the result of an aircraft accident 5 November 1943 aged 23.
