1901 with his father and siblings at 23 Artisans Dwellings, Eastbourne, Sussex
1911 with his parents and siblings at 17 Brightland Road Eastbourne, occupation, milk carrier.
Died 14th December 1918 aged 25 years in Royal Naval Hospital, Malta from lobar pneumonia (Double pneumonia) His mother of 94 St Augustine Road Southsea Hampshire was informed of his death.
His headstone was erected by his messmates in token of their high regard and esteem. Headstone reads Charles Frederick Pallett.

To Malta where he joined HMS Egmont, 24 February 1917 to his death 14 December 1918 aged in Bighi Naval Hospital, Kalkara.
Trivia
HMS Egmont (a Stone Frigate) a fort. It was renamed in 1904 to Fort St Angelo, and still retains the name.
It is now open to the public and well worth a visit.
